The world has disappeared
Every uncle and their aunt;
But there you are beside me
You could have left but you just can't.

You've been such a good friend
For as long as I can remember;
We've worked alongside each other
Since that fateful December.

Our dreams of companies and money
Now seem a long way away;
But as always you say never say never
We'll win come what may!

But with you they don't even come close;

All the kindness that you have it shows.

Illness and depression have come from behind
Thoughts and feelings are the best test of all:
