If you are looking for a scapegoat
Then both hands of mine are held up;
Because it's all my fault you know
I hadn't known how full was our cup.

You don't appreciate things 'til they've gone
I'm so frightened of losing you;
I'll grovel and apologise
What else is there I can do?

My sense of humor lost it's way
I'm so sorry-what can I say;
It wasn't in very good taste
I made it up in real haste.
I'm sorry again for any distress
For your forgiveness now I press;

I'm sorry for hurting you this way
But nothing seems to reach through;
I've tried to say many times I'm sorry
But now is the time I'm leaving you.

I'm so sorry I forgot the date
It slipped my mind completely;
I can assure you that it will never happen again
That date will never be deletely!!

I'm sorry that your sad
You've lost your dog I know;
He was you very bestest friend
It was the best for him though.

He's been so ill and you nursed him through
Some rough times with the smooth;
But old age got the better of him
His old soul you soothed.

I can't believe I've hurt you this much
I can't say sorry enough;
I know it was an accident
But I thought you were very tough.

This is a side you hid from me
You live behind this mask;
I would have been completely different with you
You only had to ask.

Forgetting when its hurt
Is a very hard thing to do;
Any resemblance of the fact
Will bring it back to you.

The impact on emotions
Is what the trigger is;
You can forget almost anything
But not when it hurt like this.

So sorry must be meant
Sorry must be true;
Sorry must be active
Sorry I do- I do love you!
